Well my name as seen above is Brandon Vanderschot, I am a local REALTOR® (and a damn good one) and avid pilot in the Grey County area. I love long walks on the beach and sunsets ... wait wrong profile!
Always curious to see who actually reads these, but simply put I have spent a life time in real estate. Being surrounded by the real estate industry for as long as I can remember (thanks Mom & Dad!), I discovered a passion for the business after assisting my parents with running their own real estate brokerage in the marketing department. After becoming licensed, and a few years of running under a franchise office, I learned that sometimes "the way we have always done it" just wouldn't cut it for me.
Starting my own brokerage, and allowing the team and I to delve deeper into the latest technologies, and marketing techniques with minimal restrictions. As they say, the proof is in the pudding, and after performing consistently as one of the top producing real estate agents in the area, I have finally captured your interest...in fact, you've read this far!
